Actor David Arquette has recently listed his expansive historic mansion in the Windsor Square area of Los Angeles with an asking price of $8.495 million.

The former professional wrestler who now executive produces the “Celebrity Name Game” purchased the O’Melveny House in August of 2014 for $7.15 million around a year after his divorce from actress Courteney Cox was finalized. He went on to marry his current wife Christina McLarty a year later.

Architects Hunt, Eager & Burns designed the impressive home that was built in 1908 for well-to-do lawyer Henry O’Melveny. Set on nearly three-quarters of an acre, two of the home’s second-floor bedrooms feature vintage en-suite bathrooms, and the master suite is luxe too with a sitting area, a fireplace, two walk-in closets, and a bathroom complete with a two-sink vanity and a claw-footed tub.

The 9,708-square-foot English Craftsman holds seven bedrooms, six full baths, and two half bedrooms and has been fully restored to its prior glory. Luxurious features include a mahogany-paneled foyer, three fireplaces, slab marble counter tops, and a bevy of high-end stainless steel appliances in the decked-out kitchen.

Of course, the backyard is luxurious too with an expansive loggia, a meditation pond, a double-sided outdoor fireplace, and a swimming pool and spa finished with stone terracing.
