After failing to sell his Hollywood Hills home in an off-market deal for $1.849 million, Jason Segel has placed his home on the open market with a significant price cut at $1.599 million.

Fresh off of his divorce from actress Michelle Williams, Segel purchased the 1,926-square-foot home on .12 acres in the Oaks neighborhood above Bronson Canyon a little over a year ago from “Time” magazine columnist Joel Stein for $1.4 million.

The 1930s-built mullet-style residence has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the guest/family rooms share a hall bathroom on the upper level, while the other two en-suite bedrooms are located on the lower level, including a master suite with a walk-in closet and dressing room.

The house’s attached two-car garage has been converted to a studio space, and the home also boasts a wine cellar, a high-tech heating and cooling system, and an extensive security system.

The “How I Met Your Mother” star recently purchased Shepard Fairey’s former home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for $2.25 million. He could afford it, too, after also offloading a pair of side-by-side homes behind the Chateau Marmont for $6.9 million in 2015.
