Producer-director Michelle MacLaren, who’s known for her work on “Breaking Bad,” has listed her Hollywood Hills home for $3.1 million.

Located in the Nichols Canyon-area, MacLaren first put the home on the market in late 2014 for $3.5 million, but took it off the market when it didn’t sell. Nevertheless, the producer paid $730,000 for the home back in 1997, so she’s set to make a decent profit regardless.

Spanning 2,500 square feet on more than half an acre, the home was designed by California architect Robert Byrd and built in 1955 with incredible views of the canyon, ocean, and city lights.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom property sports a natural, woodsy aesthetic with brick and terra cotta tile floors, three brick fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, and knotty pine paneling. Additionally, the main floor master suite sports a sauna while a second master suite spans the second floor with a sitting room and balcony.

MacLaren also owns a hedge-screened home nearby that she bought for $3.2 million in early 2007.
