Lincoln has finally announced the pricing for its flagship luxury sedan, the 2017 Continental, which after a $925 destination fee starts at $45,485.

The trim options dictate which engine is featured in the Continental. The Premiere trim and Select trim each earn a 3.7-liter V6 and run $45,485 and $48,440, respectively. Lincoln’s 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 can be added to either model for an extra $2,250.

The Reserve trim ($54,840) and Black Label edition ($63,840) also get the 2.7-liter EcoBoost, but both can be upgraded to a 3.0-liter V6 that makes 400 horsepower for an added price of $3,265. All models can add all-wheel drive for an extra $2,000.

A plethora of other additions range from $695 to $5,000, including the $3,105 Tech package which gives the Continental adaptive cruise control, collision warning, lane keeping assist, active park assist, and a 360-degree camera.

A fully decked out 2017 Continental with every possible upgrade will cost $82,400, which isn’t quite as much as some of the comparable cars from the European market, but only time will tell if the Continental can measure up to the likes of BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and others.
