Josh Safran, executive producer and showrunner for the popular ABC drama “Quantico,” has placed his 1920s-era home in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles up for sale for $3.3 million.

The four-bedroom home offers a vintage feel with modern additions. The exterior of the house itself is vaguely reminiscent of a time long past. Interior accents like exposed beams, aged tile and stone, and hardwood floors give the home a stylish vintage aesthetic.

It comes complete with arched entryways, a spectral chandelier in the dining room, and bespoke-painted de Gournay silk wallpaper. The master bedroom has been remodeled to hold a modern soaking tub, a glass-walled shower, and a large wood wardrobe.

The listing also features a pool and glass-walled pool house to round out the neat quarter-acre lot. Safran was also the executive producer of “Gossip Girl” and the NBC show “Smash.”
