The home of late actress Marjorie Lord has just been listed. The actress’ 3,897-square-foot home in the upscale Trousdale Estates neighborhood of Beverly Hills was listed for $9.25 million, not a bad profit margin since Lord and her late husband Harry Volk had purchased the 1962-built pad for $455,000 in 1977.

The home features striated beige marble floors run from the foyer into the large living and dining rooms, both of which open up to a column-supported loggia with a canyon-framed city view. The kitchen features ceramic beige tile floors and stainless steel counter tops that sit on blue cabinetry. Both guestrooms have en-suite bathrooms and open up to a small red brick courtyard. The master suite has its own entrance to the rear loggia and a walled courtyard with a swimming pool.

Located on a private cul-de-sac, the property’s neighbors include Grammy-winning artist Ryan Tedder, Yves Saint Laurent creative director Hedi Slimane, and Blink 182 bassist and the only remaining founding member of the popular punk rock band, Mark Hoppus.

Lord, who passed away in Novemember, was best known for her role as Kathy “Clancy” Williams over seven seasons on the 1960s series “Make Room For Daddy” and had a successful career in dozens of other movies and television shows. She is also the mother of Oscar-nominated actress Anne Archer.
