R&B icon Toni Braxton has listed her Calabasas, California, home. The seven-time Grammy-winning singer is hoping to get nearly $3.5 million for the “Estates” enclave home.

Purchased in October 2014 for $2.9 million, the star is set to make a reasonable return on the single-story, French country-style house. At 5,323 square feet with four en suite bedrooms, it’s sure to be a hot commodity.

Inside, there are plenty of luxury features like five indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a birdcage-shaped crystal chandelier, a vaulted exposed wood ceiling, and a formal dining room. The kitchen is spacious too with a modified basket weave parquet pattern wood floor, granite counter tops, high-grade appliances, and a large island.

The “Braxton Family Values” co-star’s backyard is upgraded with extensive tile terraces, a swimming pool and spa, and an open-air poolside pavilion complete with a built-in fire pit.

Of course, nothing quite compares to Braxton’s large master suite with wall-to-wall carpeting, an adjoining sitting room with a dual-sided fireplace, two walk-in closest, and a jetted garden tub.
