Jordan Spieth made waves in 2015 after winning the Masters and U.S. Open to start off the year. He then celebrated in style by purchasing a large Dallas-area mansion from fellow golfer Hunter Mahan for $7.15 million.

So now the world’s No. 1 golfer has a surplus of houses and is looking to offload the Dallas residence he used to call home. The five-bedroom mansion is listed for $2,795,000.

Spieth’s former place is a 7,378-square-foot mansion with a bevy of bonuses that lend toward entertaining. The house features a large living space on the main floor with a two-island kitchen and a family room that opens up to a courtyard with a pool, spa, and extra room for grilling and hosting people.

The house also has a two-story gentleman’s study with dark-wood bookshelves and light hard wood floors. The master suite holds his-and-hers closets and a spa-like bathroom for an added luxury flair.

The property also has a 288-bottle wine closet and a golf simulator that Spieth himself surely logged some hours on.
