Just a few months after purchasing the Faena House penthouse and the unit directly below it for a Miami record-setting $60 million, billionaire and Citadel CEO Kenneth Griffin has re-listed the property for $73 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The two Miami Beach units are being listed separately this time around, with the three-bedroom, 4,240-square-foot unit below going for $18 million and the five-bedroom, 8,270-square-foot penthouse available with a $55 million price tag.

The penthouse features a 2,700-square-foot roof deck, pool, and wraparound terrace with stunning ocean views. The condo below shares the 15th floor with another unit.

The purchase of the units was the most expensive sale in Miami-Dade County in 2015.
