Another celebrity mansion is on the market, and this time it’s Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil’s incredible Danville, California, estate.

Priced at $2.58 million, Neil has reportedly been trying to unload the 5,370-square-foot home since fall of 2012. Set to close soon, the new owner is sure to enjoy the four-bedroom, five-bath Mediterranean-style estate.

The property sports an expansive outdoor patio and backyard complete with hand-painted Italian tile covering the bottom of the fountain-clad pool. Additional features like a kitchen with marble accents and statues imported from Paris add a luxurious flair to the property.

Although Neil and his band are currently on an international farewell tour, he’s sure to miss the beautiful home and one-of-a-kind yard.
