Tom Joyner is known as a nationally syndicated radio host, but now he can add savvy real estate ace to his list of accomplishments after recently selling his Miami estate for $21 million.

The 9,764-square-foot mansion is located on Miami’s Golden Beach and features 100 feet of water access in addition to six bedrooms, a master suite, a formal dinning area, and vaulted ceilings.

Joyner downsized to a smaller seaside home down the street, which he purchased for $10.5 million the same week he sold his estate.

The BET Humanitarian Award winner’s new home is a 6,885-square-foot Mediterranean-themed house with marble and wood floors, Murano light fixtures, and terraces with open ocean views.
