Actor Charlie Sheen is hoping for success in the real estate market. On the heels of the announcement of his HIV-positive status, the star is planning to list two of his three Beverly Hills mansions. All three luxurious properties are located in the guarded and gated Mulholland Estates. It’s believed that Sheen will keep the third estate, which he purchased back in 2006 for $7.2 million.

Property #1

The “Anger Management” star purchased the home featured below from “Black Swan” producer Mike Medavoy in March 2011 for $6,999,999. Spanning 9,020 square feet, the Los Angeles County property has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Luxury amenities include a two-story entryway, formal dining room, bar, butler’s pantry, and master suite complete with its own balcony. Set on half of an acre, the property includes two terraces and a beautiful backyard.

Property #2

The former “Two and a Half Men” lead reportedly paid $4.8 million for the Spanish-inspired estate below. Sheen purchased the 6,625-square-foot home from “billionaire investor” Tom Gores in October 2012. With five bedrooms, saltillo tiles, beamed ceilings, French doors, a library, and a theater, the home stuns with plenty of room for entertaining.

An expansive backyard with a pool and barbecue area complete the Beverly Hills property.
