Meet the American version of the Palace of Versailles. Officially America’s most expensive listing at $159 million, this incredible property was modeled after the famous French estate.

Spanning around 60,500 square feet, the Hillsboro Beach, Florida, home has returned to the market with some incredible improvements. Last listed in September 2014 for $139 million, the listing has been improved with the addition of more land, two guesthouses, and a subterranean entertainment complex, all for $20 million more. Set right on the water between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, the property itself now spans 4.5 acres.

Each of the new guesthouses will be around 3,000 square feet, while the entertainment area will feature a go-kart track, nightclub, bowling alley, and an ice-skating rink.

After seven years of design and construction work, more than $3 million worth of gold leaf, an 18-seat IMAX home theater, and a staircase that cost $2 million alone to build, it’s sure to stand out among the competition.
