It’s impossible to deny the luxury of Mexico’s most expensive estate. Spanning 8,200 square feet with nearly 360 degree views of the Sea of Cortez, the recently listed Casa Fryzer is truly one of a kind.

Much of its spectacular view can be seen from a 2,000-square-foot infinity pool surrounding the two-story house, which makes the $25-million price tag seem like a steal by U.S. standards.

The pool features three swim-up dinning tables, a swim-up bar, underwater speakers, and an adjoining infinity-edge hot tub fit for ten. In the center of the pool is a circular lounge with a fire pit and seating that connects to the house via a stone bridge.

One side of the pool features a wooden dining area, while the other sports lounges where guests can watch outdoor movies thanks to a television that disappears and reappears hydraulically in a stone wall.

The 2008-built two-story hacienda has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, which all come fully furnished.

Set in the Villas del Mar community in Palmilla and equipped with everything from a gym to a private screening room and gourmet kitchen custom-made in Germany, the expansive property is the ideal vacation spot.
