Alabama’s largest estate now set to go to auction, and, better yet, there’s no reserve.

Measuring in at 55,000 square feet—only 5,000 less than the White House—7 Montagel Way in Birmingham, Ala., is a 15-bedroom, 16-full bathroom, and six-half bath European-style mansion sitting on 27 acres of land.

The grounds feature a circular pool with dual cabanas, a six-stall barn with a loft apartment, a separate riding area and direct access to Appalachian Mountain range riding trails, and a guest house. But the piece-de-resistance is a guitar-shaped yard leading up to the two-story house.

DeCaro Luxury Auctions will sell the home without reserve on Oct. 31. The estate was last on the market in 2011 when it sold for $17.9 million.
