Famous singer and actress Jennifer Lopez has one last thing to do before she begins her tenure at the Las Vegas’ Planet Hollywood in 2016—sell her Hidden Hills, Calif., home.

J. Lo had originally listed her 3.13-acre estate for $17 million, but now the entertainer has lowered the price to $14.5 million.

Lopez bought the home with then-husband Marc Anthony in 2010 for $8.2 million. She made several modifications to the 17,129-square-foot home while living there and working as a judge on American Idol in nearby Los Angeles.

The house and its expansive entertainment pavilion have 9 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, and two half baths. Connected by a covered breezeway, the entertainment pavilion features a one-bedroom, one-bathroom staff suite, 20-seat movie theater, professional recording studio, dance studio/gym, and a lounge area with a full bar and private poker nook.

Don’t worry, Lopez won’t be homeless when her manicured estate eventually sells. The Bronx-born star currently owns an 8,500-square-foot mansion in the Hamptons and a 6,540-square-foot penthouse duplex near Madison Square Park in New York City, where she’s neighbors with former first daughter Chelsea Clinton.
