A Hillsborough, Calif., estate just received a major price cut—a $60 million discount to be exact. The 10-bedroom, nine-bath mansion was originally listed at $100 million, but is now on the market for $39.9 million.

Owner Christian de Guigne IV is selling the impressive property, which features a grand library, high ceilings, and a pavilion room. The ballroom and flower-arranging room also offer unique opportunities for entertainment.

The estate spans 47 acres and includes a large swimming pool, hiking trails, a reservoir, and panoramic views of the East Bay. The 16,000-square-foot home is separated into the main living area and a staff wing, with five bedrooms in each section. It’s rumored to cost De Guigne around $450,000 per year to staff and run the massive property.

Located just a few miles from San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge and decorated by designer Anthony Hall, the newly reduced property might just find a new owner soon.
