Russian heiress Ekaterina Rybolovleva’s Hawaii house is on the market. The 28-acre estate, which was once home to actor Will Smith, is located on Kauai’s North Shore and sits on a bluff overlooking Secret Beach. Just 5 miles from Princeville, the celebrity home features hardwood floors and stunning ocean views.

The massive locale has a 2,200-square-foot house that features three bedrooms and a screened-in lanai. Built in 2006, the property also has a pool house, gym and swimming pool. With three additional buildings on site, there’s plenty of room for guests.

The Smith family sold the Hawaii estate to a trust acting for the Russian heiress in 2011. A short while after, the property was embroiled in a major lawsuit between Mr. Rybolovlev and his estranged wife, who alleged the beach purchase was made to hide money from her in their impending divorce. The lawsuit and appeal have since been dismissed, and this beautiful Hawaii escape is all about Aloha, not alimony. It’s listed at $30 million.
