Country star Ronnie Dunn of chart-topping duo Brooks & Dunn has listed his Nashville, Tennessee, mansion for $9.25 million. The property, nicknamed “Parkview Farm,” has been on the market for over a year, but had its price recently reduced by $1.25 million.

There’s no reason why this 11,000-square-foot Antebellum-style mansion won’t sell soon. With custom plantation shutters, a vaulted hardwood ceiling, stacked stone fireplace and wet bar with copper sink, it emanates rustic, country elegance.
