Country star Ronnie Dunn of chart-topping duo Brooks & Dunn has listed his Nashville, Tennessee, mansion for $9.25 million. The property, nicknamed “Parkview Farm,” has been on the market for over a year, but had its price recently reduced by $1.25 million.

There’s no reason why this 11,000-square-foot Antebellum-style mansion won’t sell soon. With custom plantation shutters, a vaulted hardwood ceiling, stacked stone fireplace and wet bar with copper sink, it emanates rustic, country elegance. The large eat-in kitchen is decked with floor-to-ceiling hand-cut Texas stone, an oversized copper range hood, oak plank flooring, and custom cabinetry with frosted glass windows.

The master suite is home to a wood plank-and-beam ceiling, tiered chandelier, fireplace with custom mantel, and two sets of French doors opening to a patio. Dunn’s country home also has a 4,000-square-foot converted barn for use as a guesthouse. The horses will be comfortable too in the four-stall horse barn complete with radiant heat, washing bay and water troughs.

This rustic country estate seems to go on for miles. With a large swimming pool, horse barn, guesthouse, and unique custom design in the main home, it’s definitely a one-of-a-kind find.
