A luxurious Florida mansion that was once owned by Jennifer Lopez is transferring over to another famous musician. Phil Collins bought the property for $33 million.

The gated Miami Beach property features 12,100 square feet of living space and sits on one acre. The master suite’s closet measures 1,000 square feet all on its own. The house also has an elevator, so there are no exhausting stair runs when going from floor-to-floor.

Outside is a 60-foot-long swimming pool and a spa tub. There is a coral stone deck and cabana with an outdoor kitchen area. Also on the property is a dock with room for several vessels.

As far as the architecture goes, the home’s interior is done in a European contemporary style, while the outside has an old southern-style architecture but still feels modern.

Collins owns a home in New York, but has two sons who reside in Florida.

The home was initially listed several years ago and has been on and off the market ever since until now.
