Floyd Mayweather Jr. changed his mind about selling his Miami home after defeating Manny Pacquiao in the “Fight of the Century.” Pacquiao, however, is selling off one of his Los Angeles homes for $2.7 million.

The five-bedroom home, located in the exclusive Hancock Park community, has many highlights such as a living room with a fireplace centerpiece and floor-to-ceiling windows, and a modern kitchen with plenty of space and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a balcony that overlooks the pool.

Outside the home is a large backyard and a pool. While outside, you can admire the home’s Mediterranean-style architecture.

The home was originally listed back in 2013 with the same $2.7 million asking price but was pulled last year. It is now back on the market.

The home was featured in an episode of MTV Cribs. Watch Pacquiao give the world a tour of the home in the video below.
