San Francisco’s most expensive home sale this year is a large mansion at 2701 Broadway. The property originally had an asking price of $39 million.

The 16,000-square-foot home has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and four half-baths. But what mansion would be complete without some non-traditional additions, like the indoor basketball court located inside the home.

The house is so large, in fact, that it features nearly two of every room you find only one of in typical homes. It has two family rooms, two offices, two kitchens, and three rooftop terraces.

The mansion’s interior also features elegant moldings, fireplaces, white wainscoting, and box beam ceilings.

The home last changed hands back in 2012 when raw food chef Roxanne Klein and her husband, entrepreneur Michael Klein, purchased it for $35 million.
