Piero Lissoni presented the ultra-luxurious Ritz-Carlton building in Miami Beach, Florida, during Milan Design Week.

The homes will range from $2 million to $40 million. The building will have 111 condos, 15 single-family villas, and homes ranging from two to five bedrooms with square footage ranging from 1,700 to 11,000 square feet, with 60 different floorplans to choose from.

“The fusion of Piero Lissoni’s modernist vision with the unrivaled service and legacy of the Ritz-Carlton is a rare offering, unmatched in south Florida,” Ophir Sternberg, CEO of Lionheart Capital, said. “Lissoni’s modern and artistic design will create a development that will change the Miami Beach skyline and how we look at luxury living.”

The units will have such features as private pools, bars, steam rooms, saunas, meditations gardens, gyms, and more.

The residences will be located near top-tier schools and only blocks away from the exclusive Upper North Bay Road. They are fifty percent sold out. The penthouse recently sold for $32 million. The buyer was described as a single 45-year-old man from Western Europe.
