A Hal Levitt-designed home owned by denim mogul Joe Dahan just received a $3 million price cut.

The home sold in 1993 for $755,000. After several renovations and redesigns, the home is now on the market at the recently reduced price of $7.25 million.

Located in Hollywood Hills and overlooking the famous Sunset Strip, the home has a gym, large glass windows, and plenty of space.

The house sits on one acre with a pool, a natural privacy wall of plant life, and other landscaping wonders.
