Hollywood couple Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis are selling their swanky New York City condo for $3.995 million.

It has been rumored that Sudeikis and Wilde were preparing to try their hand at parenthood. Gossip magazines are saying that selling their condo located on Ninth Avenue, which is much more suited to a childless couple, is a sign that they may be expecting.

The condo measures 1,670 square feet and is the epitome of NYC contemporary interior design that is so trendy in the luxury real estate market at the moment.
