Bank of America Former CEO Selling Vacation Home

Bank of America former CEO Ken Lewis is close to selling his South Carolina vacation home for $2.495 million. The sale agreement is subject to appraisal and inspection.

The home has been on and off the market since 2009, when it was first listed for $3.3 million.

The home is located in Spring Island, SC, near Hilton Head, an area known for its luxury. The home has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and is around 5,000 square feet and sits on 2/3-acre that features a floating dock.
