The Ritz Carlton in New York has listed three of its apartments, totaling 15,434 square feet, for an asking price of $118.5 million, making it the most expensive listing in Downtown Manhattan.

The apartments are on the top two floors of the Ritz Carlton and have yet to be combined, so the buyer will essentially be buying three apartments with three eat-in kitchens, triple the bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.

The top floor offers views of Manhattan’s most famous landmarks like the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty. The apartments also come with the perks of staying at the Ritz Carlton, like room service and housekeeping.

The property hasn’t sold yet, so it has yet to surpass the largest real estate sale in Manhattan’s history. The current record, set in 2011, is the sale of a Central Park West apartment for $88 million, but it is only a matter of time before these apartments shatter the record.
