Former Wizards basketball player Gilbert Arenas has listed his luxurious Los Angeles estate. Unfortunately for the NBA alum, since he purchased it in 2007, it’s been listed for $3.495 million, which is the exact same price he paid for it.

With a major lawsuit pending against his former business manager, it’s believed that Arenas is trying to sell some of his assets to relieve debt. He contends that Boulevard Management completely mismanaged his funds and failed to pay his bills on time, in addition to other allegations.

Regardless of legal troubles, Arenas’ California home stuns with breathtaking views of the valley below. The Meditteranean-style home is set on a hill in the Encino area and offers views from Burbank to Calabasas.
