GogglePal allows users to turn any pair of goggles into augmented reality glasses.

The device has two components: A piece that securely attaches to the lens of any goggles and a control pack that securely fastens to a strap.

Specifically designed for skiers, the device creates a heads-up display where you can read real-time information such as your speed, the size of a drop, and distance traveled. The device also uses Bluetooth 4.0 technology to connect to smartphones.

The device is planned to be available in four different models, each with its own focus on a specific set of features. GogglePal recently met its $40,000 Kickstarter goal. Prices start at $99.
