Summit House, located atop Aspen’s Red Mountain, is the most expensive home on the market in Colorado with an asking price of $65 million.

The 18,000-square-foot home has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and four half-baths in the main house. In addition, there is a 4,150-square-foot guesthouse.

Other amenities in the home include a game room, club room, lounge, and a negative-edge pool located on six acres of land.

It’s worth mentioning that there is a $90M listing nearby but the listing isn’t public. That home is owned by one of the Koch brothers.
